I was with my family in the ED over night from 3/25/2026 to 3/26/2026 and had my granddaughter asleep on me in the regular chair, Gabby saw this and brought a recliner chair in so we could be more comfortable while her parents were taking care of the medical issue with her daddy. THANK YOU so much

An RRT was called to the lobby. Diana ran downstairs and was told the pt was in his car. She ran outside but realized the pt needed a wheelchair. She ran back in, got the wheelchair and assisted the pt and wheeled him to the ED - all this before the RRT team arrived! ALWAYS ABOVE and BEYOND!
