Dimi & I were the only PAS Mgmt on-site during go-live of SOGI state requirements. Dimi worked tirelessly all day acting as liaison between ED Registrars & the Command Ctr while still finding time to create an efficient process that ensures all staff needs are met while obtaining new patient data!
